Delivery, packaging + returns
Our jewellery is sent out via royal mail signed for (so requires a signature on delivery) and you can select whether this is express or not. If an item is in stock we will do our best to send it out the same day / following day but if an item requires making or adjustment it will take longer so we will email and let you know if this is the case. If you need something quickly it’s always best to check in advance just get in touch.
uk - around 2-3 working days
europe - around 3-5 working days
international - around 7 working days
* please be aware that any duty or taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the customer for destinations outside of the uk.
All our jewellery comes in a beautifully branded Taylor Black gift box. If you’d like your item wrapped or a gift message just get in touch.
We hope you or your recipient loves our jewellery but if not we are happy to offer a return, exchange or credit note on the price of the product (but unfortunately not the original postage cost) within 10 days of receipt. Please just pay for it to be delivered back to us in perfect condition and we will issue your requested option on receipt. Send us an email in advance so we know to expect an item (firstname.lastname@example.org). All returned items must be in pristine condition to qualify.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom-made orders can also not be returned or cancelled. Once the deposit has been paid you are liable for the full cost.
We will always do our best to come to a resolution with you.
