I have always loved black and when I came across a stone I had never seen before at a Gem fair in Germany it was love at first sight! The stone was Slate Pyrite and it led me to create my Stellar collection.
I set the stones in solid gold which perfectly sets off the gold flecks and highlights in the stone.
A few years ago at the fabulous Goldsmiths Fair in London I discovered the work of Jacquiline Cullen. I bought some of her work immediately and have enjoyed displaying it in the shop and wearing her work as part of my personal collection.
