We accept most credit cards and process your transactions using Shopify or Paypal.
We hope you or your recipient loves our jewellery but if not we are happy to offer a return, exchange or credit note on the price of the product (but unfortunately not the original postage cost) within 10 days of receipt. Please just pay for it to be delivered back to us in perfect condition and we will issue your requested option on receipt. Send us an email in advance so we know to expect an item (email@example.com). All returned items must be in pristine condition to qualify.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom-made orders can also not be returned or cancelled. Once the deposit has been paid you are liable for the full cost.
We will always do our best to come to a resolution with you.
