A mid-20th century diamond drop ‘heart’ pendant in 18ct white gold. A single brilliant cut diamond is suspended from the heart-shaped design containing three further brilliant-cut diamonds in a grain-setting with heavy white gold border.

The diamonds weigh 0.60ct in total approximately. 18ct white gold box-chain measuring 16”. Circa 1950.
